We had a wonderful response to our first challenge, and we are excited to bring you the second one!
Here is the "pinspiration" for challenge #2:
The inspiration photo can be used any way you want. You can use the color scheme, winter theme, layout, etc. to draw inspiration from! You can also make any type of project you want as long as it is a new project.
We have another fabulous sponsor for this challenge, and it is
Neat and Tangled! They are offering the winner of the challenge a free stamp set of their choice.
I chose to go with a winter theme, but a different color scheme from the inspiration photo. I am actually a cold weather kind of person and I enjoy the rain and snow (though we rarely get any here) during the winter. I also like that cardinals don't migrate , and when we do get snow, they seem to enjoy it as much as I do. I used the free bird digi Danielle has on her
Little Tangles blog and turned them into pretty little red birds (Danielle also has a new clear stamp set for sale that includes this bird with several other images). To make a snowy background, I spritzed the sponged background (distress inks) with a white mist and a shimmery mist. The sentiment is a combination of two different sentiments from Neat and Tangled's
Just Hello stamp set.
We would love to have you play along with us! To get all the details on this challenge and to enter your project, please visit the
