Welcome to my stop on the hop! The challenge for PTI's March blog hop is to use embroidery floss in a fun and inventive way. I chose to do some stitching with the floss, and I also used it as an accent on the dress form. I went with a shabby chic look for this card-my first attempt at this style. I used a few elements from Button Boutique (big suprise :) for my focal peice and added the embellished dress form to finish it off. I paired my focal peice with some new paper from Pink Paislee's Daily Junque line. The patterned paper was actually the inspiration for my card. So, let me know what you think and enjoy the hop!
PTI: cardstock (black and cream), buttons, ink (black), dress form die, button card die, Button Boutique stamp set, Library Ledger stamp set, Fancy Flourishes stamp set, Tea Dye Duo

Sweet card! Like the accent of floss and pearls at the waist of the dress form. Very nice vintage feel to this card.
